CONFIDEnCE IN MOVEMENT
“I WILL HELP YOU RISE TO YOUR BEST LEVEL”
WHO AM I TALKING TO?
You might be…
-
The bridge between being pain-free in everyday life and returning to a highly demanding sport – which includes running, sprinting, jumping and changing direction – is something that’s not addressed enough! Preparing your body for the demands of your sport is absolutely essential for returning to your performance level (or performing even better than before) as well as for avoiding getting reinjured right away.
-
Unlocking the next level in your performance is not always easy to do on your own – training with a random plan probably won’t get you there. Having someone by your side who understands the demands of your sport and sees the missing piece to improving your performance is incredibly valuable.
-
Setting a good foundation is essential for improving performance, but just as much for minimizing the long-term risk of injury. Being able to play your sport for a very long time with as few injuries as possible has to be just as important as working on performance. You (or your kid) don’t need yet another fancy-looking skill session with a ton of flashy equipment. What you need is a solid foundation in basic skills like strength, coordination and speed and then you can build from there. So many structural adaptations are made at younger ages that can’t be caught up on once you’re older. Use that advantage!
